Just wanted to let people know about a fantastic carpenter called Richard Williams who I found on mybuilder.co.uk. He came and refurbished one of our Sash windows last week.  It looks so good I’m having him do more. It’s hard to find people who will repair and paint sash windows and also who are fairly priced. Would highly recommend him. Diligent, tidy and a great craftsman. His number is 07985 161256

Hi there, I wanted to find a personal trainer that can come to my home in Peckham/ meet at my local park at 6.15am once a week. Most I've found seemed to be more gym based and bound by gym opening times but I need earlier and local. Would love to hear of any recommendations.
