My kids Judo Club is about to launch a Female Only Judo Beginners Course. Saturday mornings for 8 weeks. Starts 12 September. If you want to get fit, get more confident and have fun, why not try something different and sign up. Fun mother and daughter activity? Absolutely no experience required. All ages from 11 welcome. Coaches will teach girls and women the fundamentals of judo, helping them to improve self defence skills and building their confidence, strength and self belief. The course costs ?45 for which you get your own Judo Suit to keep, a 4 month judo licence, all eight sessions of expert coaching plus a final grading assessment, which is a saving of nearly half the usual cost. All Northbrook coaches and volunteers are enhanced DBS checked, insured and hold all the most recent and valid qualifications.
