  1. Over the last two homes, we have called on the services of Robert Mills as a safe, current, swift and skilled gas and water expert. The work has ranged from installing and setting up a WiFi- operated efficient boiler, to removing and recycling old water tanks, as well as devising and fitting excellently-thought out pipe arrangements, taking into account spacial considerations, electrics, boxing, aesthetics, skirtings and other facets when you are re-developing a house. He will always consult you before any permanent works are started, e.g. where an external flue is to be situated. Rob is exceptionally knowledgeable and gives a clear and accurate diagnosis and always provides you with options and strategies for the project, working in a partnership. Whilst on site, he is a calm, industrious and considerable practitioner, always alerting to any noise, disturbances, or checking access to spaces like the loft and giving fair warning to people in the spaces. He also gives time before turning on and off any water etc, so you can prepare for the short time there is no running water. So even if you are living in the property, he makes sure that there are work-arounds. Robert is knowledgeable about latest techniques, equipment and legislation related to the industry. He also cares about environmental impact. Robert is licensed to provide you with the GasSafe documentation and follow up service options too so there is long term peace of mind and you can build an on-going, reliable relationship with him. Please do consider him as a local, fair, decent worker. Robert Mills 07952 584 171 He's busy but will always deliver! Please do message me if you'd like any more detail.
  2. Dear all, Due to the kind offers and pro active forum, a suitcase was donated, which enabled absolutely tons of new equipment to be taken to three schools in the Keta /Woe area of the south coast of Ghana. Predominately a fishing economy, a group of Charter students delivered literacy and sports sessions. As a legacy, we were able to use the suitcase to donate: mini hurdles, relay batons, bean bags, parachute with balls, 3 footballs, one volley ball, one dodge ball ( a pump and needle!) a parachute with 16 play balls, two short tennis racquets and 8 tennis balls, a set of resource game ideas resource cards. As well as some sanitary and stationery items. These sports items were demonstrated over the week in collaboration with the ideas of local teachers then left as a lasting resource also used by a local orphanage on visits to the schools. Without the offers, it would have just been a few beanbags. The case on request was left with the school as a storage item. thank you again for the kind offers and enabling of this project!!
