Can anyone recommend a builder? Or a roofer? There's a plant growing in my exterior wall and damp coming into my front room which obviously isn't great!

My lovely Habitat bed, bought from the flagship Tottenham Court Road store in the early 00s, is too big for my new bedroom. It has a steel frame (headboard and legs) with wooden slats across the width. Pics attached. It's a big double.
