  1. You could try reporting it to BT by calling 151 (assuming it's one of theirs). There's no guarantee it will be though (could be Virgin). BT ones are normally labelled CAB XXX, PCP XXX or have BT/GPO markings on/nearby them. Regards, Bob Pullen Plusnet Digital Care

  3. Hi there, Does that put me in violation of some forum rule? If so, then do accept my apologies, I was just trying to be helpful. Best regards, Bob Pullen Plusnet Digital Care
  4. Hi Sue, > Is this just a bizarre coincidence? Yep, as others have alluded to it was complete coincidence. There was a nationwide BT service outage on the morning in question that affected multiple ISPs. We posted a number of announcements about it, the first of which can be seen here. If you're interested in receiving these updates then you could do worse than to subscribe to them via email or RSS. Alternatively you can check the Service Status pages on the main Plusnet website or follow us on Twitter. Anyways, sorry about the downtime and I hope you managed to get that ticket list printed in the end. Best regards, Bob Pullen Plusnet Digital Care
