Looks like near neighbours are going to drop their kerb, but we haven?t seen any planning notices about it. Does anyone know if you need to get planning permission to drop a kerb and if neighbours are consulted? Thanks

Hi, We live in the vicinity of the building site at the Goose Green end of Crystal Palace Road. They have planning permission to develop 22 residential units here on this limited site. They have just submitted a variation for their planning permission which includes an application to increase the height of the development and reduce the space between the building and the pavement. Brad and his team have just painted the front of our house and have done a very professional job - looks great. They did the job while we were on holiday and left the house clean and tidy, so that we arrived home to a finished job. Their work was very thorough - they stripped right back before painting so that the house has never looked better. Thoroughly recommend All-Round Renovations and will use them again in the future.
