  1. Posting to see if anyone fancies doing some training together? I am a 42 year old male looking to get into a bit of better shape. Struggling with a bit of motivation so looking for someone to train with to be accountable to each other. nothing crazy a few runs / gym sessions a week. Currently doing a 5k in 30 mins and I use the anytime fitness gym on Rye Lane. I prefer early mornings but can be flexible. Male or female would be welcome just a bit of commitment and to show up.
