I have never been to sushi bar but my friend (Japanese) went there and recommended me.
When I have chance to go north or west area, I sometimes buy sashimi from the shop which is very nice.

I kind of understand what Shu.Kurimu.Sensei thinks.
There are so many restaurants ruined by its fame and popularity.
I presume that Shu.Kurimu.Sensei wants to prevent from saying 'It used to be a really good restaurant, but it's changed a lot' with sigh in a future.
