i really doubt that money 'reclaimed' from those already struggling financially would make a hell of a difference. a shepherdless council might :) looking at the rest of it, outside of any political party, it looks like labour is imploding which can't really be that much of a surprise considering just how they seem to have been taking southwark for granted for a very long time?
