Dealing with Southwark Council Can anyone help me before I lose my mind. I am trying to get hold of a ?Good Tenant Award? form to help with my housing transfer. Delightful as it is sharing a room with my 8 year old it would be nice if we had a bit of space. Hyde my housing association say Southwark Council have the form, Southwark say Hyde have it. I have gone back and forward several thousand times and still no luck. A couple of people at the council said I could download the form their website but have no idea where to find it. Two other members have staff have said she Southwark has the form and the transfer team will email it to Hyde Housing. They said it can up to 4 weeks. Well it?s been three and I?m beginning to lose hope!! Please advise.
