the best man with a van is certainly Kris! An absolute gem helpful, friendly but extremely professional and does any types of moving from big to small! His van is clean and spacious and he is punctual and fast!! Too good to be true? But it is absolutely TRUE!! I used him to move a couple of big furniture items from one address to the other and his response was immediate and prompt. He is very reasonably priced and made the move so easy and pleasant I will definitively use him again and of course recommend him on this platform too!!

my landlady wants to change the position of the boiler that at the moment is very noisy and it is positioned on the wall of the utility room that is attached to the bedroom. Would any plumber do this job and come and give us a quotation for both changing position or installing a new boiler that will be less noisy?

anyone can repair my bike doing it outside my door I live in a close so it is easy! I can pay cash or transfer.

It must be the tyre inlay as I inflate it and after a short time it deflates... sorry if I cannot explain it more technical.... Bike hasn't been used over winter and kept outside so it is a little bit rusty too...

I think the problem is people coming from other countries (China, Russia etc... ) buying in cash...

while for us UK resident is not easy to get a mortgage... we can't keep up... we will have to move...

also rents are going up... landlords asking for double the money now compared to last year...

i don't know today I feel very sad...
