Does anyone know the population of ED/D?

Wiki says in 1901 it was around 10k. Any recent figures?

Double bedroom located in 3 story town house. Large shared living room and new fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom has a bath and shower. We have a garage and a private garden. We also have lots of storage space in the house.

The room comes with a bed and wardrobe and has shelves on the wall and a full length mirror.

Landlord lives locally so is close by if there are any problems.

We are both professionals and spend a lot of time together in the living room and in the local area which has lots of lovely pubs and cafes. We are right opposite the park, and a 5 minute walk from the train station.

The bus stop outside is Nigel Road and serves the: 12, 37, 63, 78, 197, 343, 363, P12, N63 and N343.
