  1. I have always been very satisfied with work carried out by Daniel and / or his brother (Sorry, can't remember his name). We have had a few unrelated plumbing issues over the last few months including dodgy boiler, leaky toilet, crazy shower. Each time I contacted Dulwich Plumbing and Heating they came within a few hours.

They always showed me the problem and explained the solution so I felt confident I was not being ripped off. Daniel even helped me order a spare part for the shower online for a few quid and came to fit it as soon as it arrived.

    I highly recommend their service.

  2. Dulwich Plumbing and Heating are EXCELLENT.

I texted Daniel last night (sunday) as my loo stopped flushing. He called straight back and came next morning (Bank hol Mon). He explained the problem and sorted it within 30 minutes - fab!

Highly recommended - friendly, trustworthy, efficient. 07879220447

  3. This is a huge recommendation for Jim Cox. He helped us tackle a very tricky situation of getting new underlay put in the flat upstairs to reduce impact noise. He offered excellent advice about the best underlay to put in and got the job done promptly. He is a lovely man and you should look no further than him for all your carpet needs!
  4. Our shower broke - water pouring out from around the box. I texted Daniel in the evening. He called straight back and came the next day. He quickly identified the broken part and helped me order a replacement for just a few quid online. It arrived the next day and he came back promptly to fit it. Daniel even put in a few extra washers around the hose to make the seal better.

Excellent service, very reasonable, even offered good advice for getting newborns to sleep!

    Highly recommended - use him!

  5. Hello everyone,

I was sorry to miss you all yesterday in the Plough, hope you had a good time.

I am in a similar situation to Kristy - housing moving chaos. However I am delighted we have finally got in as the flat we're moving from is tiny, above a shop and involves a lot rickety steep wooden stairs - not very buggy friendly.

Right, back to B and Q for me.

BusyB - I am now v.near Nunhead, aside from the temporarily closed Rye, the old Nun's head is my local - their spring rolls are amazing!

Has another meet up date been arranged? - hope so.

  6. I forgot to check on here after joining, lovely to see so many people!

I am due on 17th July, still no bump as I think all that is there is the usual post christmas tummy issue that I suffer from! It is great not to feel as sick as I did last month, hope lots of you are feeling chipper. Told people at work on Friday so no one judges me on the number of biscuits I might decide I need...
