Hello Ladies, SAMBA FUSION is a fun energetic dance class that combines a range of latin steps with fitness and yoga. Samba is all about shaking those hips, improving your balance, coordination and flexibility. Its a fun way to tone up your bodies and lose weight in the New Year.
