Hi, I'm a contemporary artist: a very neat, clean, and quiet painter. My current studio space is 135 square feet for £170 a month. Does anyone have a similar space in their house, garden or garage, which they would like to rent out, without someone living in it, staying the nights, etc. Any leads are much appreciated!
