I'm looking for someone who can design/build a bespoke wooden storage unit/shed in a slightly odd shape to maximize space in our garden as well as do a small amount of paving. Let me know if you have any recommendations of carpenters/landscape gardeners that could assist.

Another recommendation for Fernando who has spent the last 2 days bringing order to a large section of our garden - cutting back overgrown laurel, trimming hedges and clearing the ground area as well as planting new shrubs and plants. Very hard working, trustworthy and reasonably priced.

We used Carrington Electrical for a couple of jobs recently. The electrician, Bill, was very helpful, polite and clear about the work and came back a second day with no extra cost after the job ran into unforeseen complications. They provided a very clear written quote and followed up quickly with all of the required certificates (fully NICEIC approved) and notifications to building control.

Hi - has anybody any recommendations for a carpenter (or other tradesman) to replace/repair the bottom panels on wooden patio doors that appear to be rotting? We don't want to replace the doors outright. Thanks

To add to the list of recommendations, we contacted Fernando on the basis of this thread. He spent 9 hours on Wednesday clearing our very overgrown front garden and did a great job at a very reasonable price. We've already asked him back to do our back garden.

Jon replaced 3 gulleys and drain pipes for us this week. He quoted a very reasonable and fixed price, didn't quibble over the price when the job turned out to be larger than expected and finished up the work quickly and cleanly. We used Hamish from Cut Above Tree Management this week to lower the height of three trees in our back garden to give us more light but similar privacy. Hamish was very knowledgeable about the tree types and the best way to ensure new growth where we wanted it. They showed up on time, were very professional and left the place spotless when finished (access was through the house). We also found them to be very reasonably priced. Hi, has anyone created storage space out of the eaves in a London valley roof/butterfly roof and if so any recommendations for someone to do the work? We currently don't have any access to the roof space and I'm curious to know if others do.
