Hi, I am a professional drummer looking for a new rehearsal/practice space in the Peckham/Camberwell area. It needn't be glamorous - a small, dry, secure basement space away from civilisation would be ideal. Where making noise is not an issue and I am able to set up equipment on a permanent basis. 24 hour access would be preferable. As would electricity and running water. It's a long shot - but you never know! Thanks, James
