I think giving toiletries, as well as food, is a great idea. The issues around partly-used items are to do with hygiene, dignity, etc.

Remember, you never know what someone else is going through behind closed doors....

Hi Alex. After spending a fortune on ULEZ payments for my beloved diesel automatic Golf, it took me almost a year to find a replacement. Many people in London seemed to be trying to do the same, so the available options were quickly snapped up. My brother searched the internet for months until I finally found one in Milton Keynes from a reliable seller who typically deals in high-end cars but had taken this one as a trade-in. That was about 18 months ago. Good luck! Btw...I took my brother who knows a lot about cars!

I know it's not what you asked for but I recently complained on their website as I was sent a medication review request with no link to set up the appointment. I complained on their 'review' section and received a phone call within hours. Not ideal, but an option...? Incredibly frustrating though.

Albrighton Community Fridge just up the hill past Sainsburys is a great place to take donations. They have regular sessions to give food to those in need. They have also recently launched a project to rehome unwanted electricals. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/

Just received a 2nd incorrect PCN from this car park behind Morrisons in Camberwell. It seems the cameras are set to charging if you overstay an hour when the payment is for 1.5 hrs. I went to the trouble of sending them a photo of the ticket machine as proof last August...they cancelled that ticket but now I have received another one for last week. I wonder how many motorists they have charged since I pointed out their error 9 months ago? I have submitted a formal complaint to the British Parking Association.

Good! It must be miserable to try to manage on 2 day old donated bread!

Albrighton do have freezers and give out frozen food. Definitely worth a try.
