Hi sue i have the email reply from them

I have a neighbour whose trees have overgrown both outwards and upwards to the point where I do not have any light in my garden I have contacted Southwark who have basically fobbed me off but the house is council owned And the occupants are not that social and do not even use the garden I am tempted to hire a chain saw and just go and chop them down but knowing my luck I would end up with armed police arriving :):)
