  1. Lovely catching up on Thursday ladies. I looked up the baby films showing at Peckham plex and 'Populaire' sounds pretty good, an easy chick flick! Does anyone fancy doing that this Thursday at 11.30am? Never been to Peckham Plex so have no idea what it's like but would be good to try something Different. It's ?4.99 and we may need to book tickets in advance not sure. Anyone interested?

  2. I dont think I'll be able to make tomorrow either but since the Rye is on my door step I will try to pop by, otherwise definitely Thursday at noon.

Bex - I was thinking of heading to the Rosendale street breast feeding clinic on Wednesday for 10am - Anna is really good. Trying to get there first thing if you fancy a meet, I have a couple of issues too.

    see you Thursday.

Just starting to resurface. I had little Elsa on Wednesday the 8th (3 days overdue) and was kept in hospital until Saturday. A couple of hiccups but all good now. Can't believe she is one week old today!! Good luck to all those on their way.

Hannah, sounds like a gorgeous birthday present!! Looking forward to meeting up soonish everyone.

  4. Morning ladies,

I'm a first time mum too and baby is due 5th May! all very exciting and apprehensive. I'm also new to the east dulwich forum for that matter. my midwife recommended I check the spring babies forum out now that I'm on maternity leave and just been reading through some of the postings, when I also came across this forum and thought i'd say hello as it may be a little more suited. It would be lovely to meet up with a few first timers and chat about first pregnancies and all things that is new with baby stuff! Quite overwhelming. It's a lovely new experience but it would be nice talking with others going through the same thing and also to get out and have a coffee, as my city work world has just ceased and it'd be nice to get involved in my E.Dulwich home world! I'm also free next week for a coffee - Monday, Tuesday morning or Thursday if that suits anyone? Kells, all the best for Monday! Thoughts are with you.

  5. Morning ladies,

I'm new to spring babies and the east dulwich forum for that matter. So hope I'm doing this correctly. My first baby is due in early May and my midwife recommended I check this forum out now that I'm on maternity leave. It would be lovely to meet up as this is my first baby and chat about pregnancy and all things that is baby stuff! It's a lovely new experience but it would be nice talking with others going through the same things. Really just to get out and have a coffee, as my city work world has just ceased and it'd be nice to get involved in my E.Dulwich home world! Hope I'm also in the right forum and wondered if the group were meeting up anytime soon (next week?) and if you meet regularly? Looking forward to meeting you all.

  6. I was wondering whether anyone could give me some recommendations/feedback on the east team and the lanes midwives? This is my first pregnancy and I'm quite new to everything and slightly nervous. I would prefer to have a continuous service with one midwife throughout the pregnancy and not sure if this is possible with either midwife centre. It would be good to hear any feedback or experience - good/bad regarding the two midwife centres.

    thanks
