  1. I've had personal training sessions with Lee for over 2 years now, and can positively recommendation him. I met Lee at a time when I was at my heaviest and managed to lose 2 and 1/2 stone through sessions and support from Lee. He always keeps the routines fresh, he doesn't make you do routines or exercise that hurt you (some PT's do this). Lee ensures you are comfortable but pushes you to do your best. Because of this, I was able to run my first 10k. If you are looking to get fitter, lose weight with a knowledgeable PT who cares about you and your health, with a good sense of humour - then spend the time and money with Lee.
