Lucy of the lane

I was very disappointed with Le Chardon tonight. We had made a reservation,but were considered acceptable to be placed in very tight gangway. I wouldn't have minded but we made our reservation over 6 weeks ago... Anyone else received this shoddy service? It used to be my favourite restaurant :-(
