Hi Sophie, Are you still looking? We have a double room with en suite and private terrace available in a few weeks time in Peckham. We have dogs. It's my husband & I who live at our 4 bed house with a large garden and the room is just off our kitchen. £1,000 inc all bills. Let me know if it's of interest. Thanks, Selina
