These sessions are aimed at taking a lighter more relaxed approach back into fitness so rather than the old fashioned treadmill or cross trainer have a BOUNCE!
Each session is tailor made to the pace and trampoline ability of the client/s whilst combining the aspect of fitness to give you a good workout of the core, lower body and upper body.
Did you know.... Five minutes of bouncing is the equivalent to a half mile run/ jog!!! Don't believe me??? come and try it out for yourself......
