Was wondering if anybody knows a good paediatric physiotherapist for my 3.5 month old?

She has developmental delays, particularly little muscle tone upper back, shoulders and arms. We've been told by the GP and paediatrician that she needs physio but her referral isn't for another month. Anything I can do in the meantime, and knowing what exercises to try, would really help.
