Places are available to start a brand new Pilates Intermediate/Advanced Class running in 6 consecutive weeks on Wednesday evenings from 8pm-9pm at the Chrystal Palace Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic at Chrystal Palace Sports Centre Jubilee Stand (below the mini gym). Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people to ensure personal attention and the cost is ?60 for the 6 weeks term.
