I had never thought of taking online cake & bake classes before, but this was exactly what I needed, I signed up at www.prettywittycakes.co.uk a week ago and I love it! I have learnt so many techniques, and I pay monthly and can end it any time. There's so much on that site and they add to it all the time. Now for the other question: does anyone have a good cronut recipe?

Thanks for the tip fishbiscuits, that's great! I'll try and get a hold of them, any idea how? The cronuts sound great. I love croiscants (part of my life living in France) and who doesn't like doughnuts... Are the doughnuts rolled in cynamon?

Good to see the discussion is branching out from cupcakes! I'm interested in baking bread and making real cakes, any idea where might be good? (I live near Dulwich so local would be best.)
