  1. My mate, William, is working for http://AmyCleanTeam.co.uk

You can give him a call - 020 3868 1341 - and tell him John Bradley sent you.

He should be able to give you a discount on the service.

A plus is that their service is guaranteed (a fixed price for the full clean, so you don`t pay by the hour).

As far as I know they have an agency approved cleaning checklist and will stay until all items on the list have been cleaned properly.

It's a pricey service but it's worth it if you want to get your deposit back.

  2. Oh, I just saw the searchable email data base part... It's quite tricky because there's a lot of things you must know about programing, how scraper & crawler bots work and how to make the emails data base hidden from them, not to mention the terms, conditions and legal stuff you must take care of before running such a site/service. There are a lot of things that need to be done and I am not sure that you will be able to take care of them all by yourself. Worst thing is that I can`t help you with that either because I`m not good at programming either.
  3. Hey Mooncake,

    1. You can always go to the big hosting companies and domain providers like hostgator, godaddy, 5quidhost or 123-reg.

Personally I'd go with the biggest and best known - hostgator or godaddy.

    2. First you should buy the domain you want and then look for a place to host it. In other words you can buy the domain anywhere and host it anywhere you like. If it's a commercial site that you want to build before you buy the domain make sure you know a bit about SEO and finding the niche you are targeting. Set up a google account for that domain in google.com/webmasters & google.com/analytics so that you can track what's going on with the site. Also remember to use google's keyword planner tool to find the keywords with the most monthly search in your niche so that you can target them and get customers.

If you don`t have any experience with establishing a site/blog my advice would be to go ahead and just make a free blog/site on one of the free platforms such as wordpress and blogspot. Just so that you can get to know what and how to do before making your site.

P.S Once you start your own site make sure to always make a backup of the data base before you make changes to it. Just in case you break something and need to go back to the version that's not yet been broken.

  4. Make a full research on the topic. I've looked into it when it blew up but IMHO at the current time it's not worth it.

All the bitcoins released worldwide are a fixed number. That means that it's connected - the less there are left, the harder they are to mine. To be able to mine a bitcoin with a regular PC you will need (for example) anywhere from a month to a year and it's not viable when you calculate the energy costs and wasted time.

There are a lot of online calculators in which you fill in your PC's characteristics and it will show you the time needed and electricity consumption. From then on it's simple math to see if you will have any profit.

You can always join a mining pool and get a part of a bitcoin based on the amount of mining you've done but it's even less viable than mining by yourself.

All of the above is my point of view and I stand to be corrected.

  5. Hello Rosietea,

    http://www.fantasticpetcare.co.uk/ is my recommendation.

Prices are fixed and will not charge you more for holiday services + the customer support is available 24/7 if you want to check up on your pet. Another good thing is that you don`t have to take your pets anywhere. The sitters will come to you.

P.S You will be able to meed the sitters before you book your pet sitting service and decide if you want to entrust your pets in their hands.

  6. How did a restaurant recommendation turn out to be an argument about healthy eating?!

What if I told you that you can be on a McDonald's only diet and still be healthy and not obese?

It's all about moderation people. Anything, no matter how, healthy it is can and surely will kill you if you abuse it.

P.S - Even the air (oxigen) that we breath is killing us.
