Hi Guys,
Sadly some little toerags stole my Honda CB 500 (red) motorcycle on Sunday night, reg is/was YB02 DFK. It had a large topbox on the back. I live at the Great Exhibition end of Underhill.
If anyone sees my poor little bike (I imagine it'll be on it's side somewhere) please please please let me know.
Thanks...

Hi guys,
I think that box is probably mine. My CB500 was stolen from Underhill Road on Sunday night and had a Givi topbox with a pair of hiviz trousers in it.
Where exactly was the box and did you happen to see a red motorcycle attached to it?!
Sigh.

Hi Guys,
I, like many others in ED, am a keen motorcyclist but am coming more and more concerned about theft in the area. Unfortunately I can't get my bike into my front garden as the gate is too tight and if a car is parked in front I wont be able to turn it in.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience of getting a bay put on the road or sinking any anchors into the public highway. I know you would obviously need the council to OK this, has anyone tried?
Cheers!

Hi Guys,
About to move in to a house on Underhill Road and have seen that it has had two planning applications thrown out for a loft extension in the past. Does anyone have any experience with planning for loft conversions in that local area - it's not in a conservation area I don't know about or something is it?!

Hi guys,
SO I and James Barber have been exchanging emails with the road planning and engineering people at Southwark Council. It seems that getting residential bays is a very long and complicated process. However, I have done some of the legwork and am going to put in an application for a fixed bay and the anchors/railings to go with it. To apply for the funding I will need to find 3 other motorcyclists with whom we could all share the bay. Location is obviously important, I live fairly near the great exhition pub on CPR or also near Barry road, so near these could be suitable. Can people PM me any interest and ideally a fairly accurate idea of where their property is and we can sort a location...
