I'm looking for tuition in rhetorics and English annunciation.

I can speak well enough and I do not need basics or grammar. I need fairly advanced help to learn how to speak in public and how to improve the way I pronounce things. I'm an architect involved in large projects.

I would appreciate even suggestions on how to find a private tuition of this kind.

I'm looking for recommendations for a cleaner to keep a clean flat dust free, make the bathroom shiny and eventually iron 10shirts a fortnight for a man in busy job.

I'd expect a 2hrs a fortnight since its a small and clean flat.
