I don't always find people I would recommend from this forum (especially plumbers) but would like to credit great work when it's due. Been using Rafal from RWL Carpentry for about four years now and he is always very good to deal with, superbly courteous and with fair pricing and great workmanship. Did anyone else see a 20-something man with a bike on ground acting oddly amongst the bushes on the running track around outside of Dulwich Park 8.45-9.30? I have to agree with all this - receptionists with no idea how to assess the risk of something your child has got, offering an appointment in 3 weeks for a five-year-old's head injury but once you get past that the doctors themselves are great.

Feels like autumn already and looking to have a woodburner fitted like lots of other people these days.

I need to extract a couple of files from old 3.5 inch floppy disks (I don't have access to a PC with a floppy disk drive), so does anyone know a local IT service that will convert them, or of a good device you can buy to do it quite cheaply?
