Hi there, my names Harrie- I've been a fulltime solecharge nanny for 6 years. I am OFSTED registered which means I have a current CRB, paediatric first aid certificate and nanny insurance. I am also a fully qualified Montessori teacher and I drive with my own car. I have experience with children ageing from new born to 11 years old. I am currently working in a nanny share for 3 children (2 3 year olds and a 1 year old), this job is finishing as one of the Mums has just had a baby so with 4 little ones involved- the share is having to split. I would've been with the families for nearly 3 years when I leave. I'm looking for another share or single family job- preferably 4 or 5 days, completely sole charge. I feel I will be an amazing addition to any family, I love the nurture and care of little people; setting routines, planning fun activities, cooking yummy healthy food, weaning, potty training, home work- you name it I've had experience with it. I take the firm but fair approach with discipline, working with parents to establish boundaries so that children know where they stand. I'm upfront- in my experience, communication is the key in making any working relationship work.
