I love my manduca. Well padded, comfortable waist belt with added safety feature, expandable front panel to make it longer and easily adjusted straps. So glad I bought it amd my son loves it too!

Hi all
I'm going back to work earlier than expected on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 29th July. Really need to find childcare for these days, from approx 7.30/45 to 4.30/5. Preferably close to East Dulwich station. I have a very smiley, happy boy who will be 10 months old at that stage.
If anyone knows anyone suitable could you get in touch? Need help! If Fridays not possible please still let me know as I may be able to switch working days to Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Thanks

Hi All,
Not sure if this is the right place for a recommendation but - unfortunately after having my lovely son last year I experienced quite bad post natal depression. I took (and take) anti-depressants for this but found that I needed talking therapies to work through what was going on in my mind. I was referred to the IAPT service at the Maudsley but the waiting list was very long and in the end I decided that I needed help sooner than they could provide so decided to pay for private psychology sessions. And fortunately I found Dr Christing Langhoff of Dulwich Psychologist who is based on Lordship Lane. She was incredibly professional yet understanding. I was able to take my son to sessions which also helped reassure me that my son and I were bonding as expected. Also my son ADORED Dr Langhoff which helped too! And as a mother herself she was able to understand a lot of my concerns and experiences.
If anyone else is experiencing PND and feels that talking therapies would be beneficial for them I would recommend considering Dr Langhoff. Feel free to PM me for any more details.
Apolgies if this is in the wrong area.
