We’re selling this gymnastics bar - it’s been kept inside and in excellent condition, very sturdy and stable - looks like it’s currently on sale in various places for £115 - £130. Reasonable offers considered to plough back into the next gymnastics kit needed! We’ve dismantled it (have all bolts etc), so it’s ready for collection and a new owner. The height can be adjusted to 13 different levels between 92cm and 150cm, allowing you to set it to a comfortable height, with the frame constructed from powder coated steel for a solid structure which is safe and stable. On the bottom a thick pink coloured base sits, with the ends in a 'T' formation which keeps the balance. The perfect companion for those flips, balances, spins and more.

Looking for recommendations for local gymnastics classes

GCK opposite the Lidl Peckham has done wonders for our daughter’s confidence and gymnastics. A much smaller club than Charisma etc which suits her well. https://www.gymnasticscalisthenicskingdom.com -
Hi there, we need someone to walk / bus our 6 & 8 year olds from Heber to: Peckham Pulse on a Tuesday and Thursday and to Dulwich Leisure Centre on a Wednesday. Might suit a student or someone with an hour to fill after / before work / study. Would love to hear from you whether you can do one or all. thanks!

Gah what a demoralising little thread this is at the end of the year we (& that lovely little cafe and all others like it) have had and thank the lord for those of you who chipped up and agree. little cafes like this one and little tables outdoors (for the paltry few weeks of the looong year that's actually possible in UK weather) are what make ED ED. Please redirect all this energy to causes worthy of such indignation.

Can anyone tell me who runs the toddler football in peckham rye on a Sunday morning around 10/11am? Thanks!

It's not a discovery. The insurance co / pick up vehicle reckoned whoever it was knew exactly what they were doing as normally you need to access the inside of the car to get to the screws? And they hadn't cut the wires or anything. What do they take them for? I found old newspaper stories about the front lights being taken to grow weed but these were the rear lights which presumably wouldn't be bright enough... Anyway, sh7sters whoever they were - a stressful, phone call / paperwork heavy and expensive end to the first weekend they had been to stay since Feb.

Hi all - my inlaws Land Rover rear lights were stolen last night - parked on the tyrell road end of hindmans road. I had no idea this was even a ?thing?. Their alarm didn?t go off. Not sure what any of us can do about it but just thought I?d mention!

Another recommendation for Hussein - a nice guy - polite, professional - turns up on time and gets the job done at a competitive price, good communication etc. Even came back and helped us a few weeks later when we had some issues with the job the builders had done on skirting boards.

I would also love cleaning and cosmetic (shampoo, shower gel etc) refills: I know Karavan eco offers some but more choice would be great.
