I am looking for someone with experience and who can show me a few previous jobs, to give me an estimate for a house extension. I may need planning approval etc. Possibly to include a kitchen. Terraced house in Herne Hill, extension size approx 6x3.8m.

I am looking for a responsible person to work 4 days a week from 3:30 to 6:30.

Through these 4 days, the person will do the cleaning, washing, ironing and simple cooking; as well as "being around" for 3 older children. The children are polite and can mostly look after themselves. They will be in and out from school and activities.

Must have at least intermediate English language and be allowed to work in the UK.
