Hi Guys, Came across this forum on my searches of the ED area and it's great to have a community at the tip of your finger tips. I've been approaching several estate agents as I'd like to invest in a buy to let property in the area. Although estate agents have excellent knowledge in this field I thought it better to ask the community about the areas, get a non-biased view so to speak, can anyone recommend some good areas to invest in? Basically which areas do you think is up and coming or buzzing right now? Many Thanks Charlie
