  1. We sold our house last year through Dexters (Peckham rye branch) and they were great!
  2. Thank you so much! It is a lovely part of France. We have two holiday gites if you fancy a stay! (Details and prices are on the website ☺️)
  3. Hi all, not sure if this is the right section to post this (if not admins please advise...) As residents of East Dulwich for 14 years (and frequent users of this forum!) my husband and I recently moved to southwest France where we now offer two beautiful holiday gites. Our place, Le Domaine de Loustalviel (loustalviel.com), provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life if anyone is interested in booking a holiday with us. What we offer: Immerse yourself in nature with scenic walks, cycling and more Enjoy our 12-metre heated swimming pool with spectacular mountain views Unwind in our award-winning gardens, bordered by seven acres of trees and meadows Explore local vineyards, markets, and charming medieval villages and towns Experience the many local outdoor activities on offer - including canoeing, horse riding and golf Carcassonne and Toulouse airports are both within an hour’s drive away Ideal for celebrations, group getaways, or simply a relaxing break! To book please contact us via loustalviel.com or email [email protected] Thank you, Anna 🙏
  4. Ha that’s weird, Hindmans road was literally where I lived (with lots of foxes!) but I just moved to France yesterday. Miss the beautiful foxes already! They were so chill around our cats, it was very sweet 🦊
  5. You were in its territory - they were here before us 🤷‍♀️ Also 😂
  6. How are any of these things a lack of being smart? They are surviving, just like us. Except we’re in the process of destroying the planet, unlike foxes 😬
  7. Our missing slate grey cat is now home with us - so many thanks as always to everyone on here for the help! His brother is very happy to have him back :) Anna
  8. I'm selling my Vespa if anyone's interested: /forum/read.php?9,2088834
  9. Another recommendation for Mungo on Tyrell Road - he?s an amazing teacher and will give you confidence! He was so patient with me and I learned loads from him so I would definitely do your cbt with him. I?ve been commuting by moped for 5 years now and I love it. I?d prefer to learn in spring rather than going into winter, although winter riding is fine with the right gear!
  10. Thank you, thank you - really appreciate it! So happy to have him home.
  11. CgMissing pale ginger cat (slim, smallish build, Burmese). He's extremely nice-natured and normally doesn't stray far so I'm worried. Please contact me if you spot him anywhere so I know which areas to look for him. His brother is very upset as they are both 11 years old and very close. Thanks so much, Anna
  12. Update: cat was microchipped and has been returned to owner. A tortoiseshell cat with white paws followed us this evening on fenwick rd - she (or he) seemed lost and was miaowing outside every door she came to, but wouldn't stop following us (from nutbrook st all the way up fenwick road). We've taken her in for the night as she seemed very distressed. Please let me know if you think she belongs to you- we'll take her to the vet first thing to get her microchip checked. Thanks
