An easy to understand and follow guide for learning to play the piano. Has superb reviews as a clearly written first piano book, where to put your fingers on the keyboard and gradually progress. It's paperback and 28 cms x 21.5 cms size. Almost 'as new' copy (please see photos), just slight creasing to the left border of the front cover simply from opening it, as shown in my 4th photo. Only £4.00 (which is half of what is being asked for a new copy by many sellers on a well known auction site) I'm in West Dulwich.

Perfect condition TV stand. I bought new about 4 years ago from John Lewis. Was perfect for my 42" TV which I've now wall mounted. It's very solid, clean, no damage, glass intact. The cable guide holes at rear on this model are very useful, keeps them all tidy. Size as follows: W 80 cms D 45 cms H 51.5 cms It's heavy! But does come apart if needed for transport (which I can help with), as it originally came flat packed. I'm in West Dulwich. I'm only asking £20.

Acknowledged as the best anti-slip coating to make surfaces non-slip, even when wet.Suitable for stone and wood, UV light resistant., interior or exterior use and doesn't change the look of the surface. I bought this to coat my front garden paving. Never used as I found the solution was simpy to lift the slippery paving slabs. Still in the plastic wrapping it came in, supplier taped up lid only to prevent transport spill, but never been opened, hence the photos. Was outside the 'window' for me to return.
