Same here. I've been very traumatised over the last week when a rat got stuck in my flat and has caused a lot of damage. Roger and his son Elliot have been extremely responsive and sensitive to the situation. The rat was captured today and disposed of. I cannot recommend them enough... I almost want to have them move in lol
