I'm looking for someone who can provide general maintenance for my rental property in Honor Oak.

Generally, its straight forward maintenance and servicing as plumbing/gas/boiler and electric issues are covered by my Homecare insurance.

Can anyone recommend someone who can do general maintenance on a rental property? Looking for someone who can be trusted to provide services over the long term - probably someone who services other properties as well.

The flat is in Honor Oak and there are a number of items to look into at the moment although gas, electricity, plumbing and boiler issues are covered by a third party insurance,
