Apologies meant St Francis Rd NOT Francis Street - thanks for pointing that out!

Hi All Has anyone noticed a dark blue polo car driven by a young guy around the Francis Street area (next to the station) and in and around Abbotswood Road recently? I have seen it on several occassions with yeuths getting in and out looking like they are up to no good. I dont want to fall into the wears a hood at night stereotype - but it did make me feel uncomfortable - especially when I am walking home at night from the station. Frankly, it made me feel slightly unsafe. Just wondering if anyone else had spotted this? Thanks
