A huge box of Brio. All tracks are brio branded, all the bridges, tunnels, boats etc are Brio banded apart from one. Most of the trains are Brio and some of the trees and people are. The rest of the bits are playmobil I believe. There is enough to build several large train sets many times over. £40 ONO. PM if interested, collection near Peckham Rye station. -

Solid Superking Bedframe and wooden headboard. All parts of it made with wood, not MDF, so is a really sturdy bed. Draws slide out underneath for handy storage. 208x189cm Length and width, fits a standard super long mattress. Collection near Peckham Rye station. It’s currently in situ, but can be taken apart for collection. -

Get on those waiting lists asap if you haven't already. I waited till after the birth and it was very challenging getting a place once our daughter turned 1. She ended up at LEYF Camberwell (we had to accept 2 days to start and gradually got to ramp up 5 days). She absolutely loved it there after an initial shaky start but her key worker and team worked really hard to settle her in. They spent a lot of time giving her cuddles and making her feel safe. Great outdoor space and really caring, enthusiastic staff with low turnover. Would highly recommend.

Tommy is brilliant and has been servicing our boiler for several years now. He’s really good at explaining the issues and when we should bother or not bother with work. He’s honest, reliable and a throughly nice bloke. Can’t recommend enough.

Another one to add to the pile of recommendations for Paul. He did a marvelous job doing the backsplash in our kitchen. The tiles we had were not all the same size, shape and colour. He did a great job in making them look slightly 'undone' and rustic - the look we were going for. He was also great at giving us advice on how far up we went or not with the tiling which was useful as we couldn't decide.
