  1. 1970's Ercol Model 756 Elm Refectory Table - £60 Marks on the table from general life, but i think it adds to the pantina and rustic vibe of the table. I stripped it back a few years back and noticed the table had been patched (see pictures of the round patch) but very tightly with the same wood so assumed it would have been done by the manufacturer and we’ve had no issues with it as it’s solid elm wood and not veneer like a lot of mid-century furniture. The table top is supported by a pair of shaped end supports with a strong central stretcher. It’s been a real workhorse of a table but we need a slightly smaller one for our space. Height 73cm Width 75cm Length 152cm Floor to Knee height 71cm Collection only near Peckham Rye station.
  2. Get on those waiting lists asap if you haven't already. I waited till after the birth and it was very challenging getting a place once our daughter turned 1. She ended up at LEYF Camberwell (we had to accept 2 days to start and gradually got to ramp up 5 days). She absolutely loved it there after an initial shaky start but her key worker and team worked really hard to settle her in. They spent a lot of time giving her cuddles and making her feel safe. Great outdoor space and really caring, enthusiastic staff with low turnover. Would highly recommend.
  3. Bamboo dressing table from IKEA which doubles up as a small desk as well. Dimensions and pictures are right here. Bought for £129, asking £40 for it. Collection near Peckham Rye Station. Will load up pictures of it in situ tonight.
  4. Adjustable metal coat rack (you can move the solid Ash hooks along) from HAY which has a handy ledge on the top to put your post on top. 90cm in length Same model as this one but in a light blue: https://www.hollowaysofludlow.com/products/outlet-hay-beam-coat-rack-90cm We bought originally for £150, selling for £25
  5. Lovely two seater sofa a kind soul gave us on here, unfortunately it wouldn’t go through the kitchen door so it’s currently in our lounge waiting to go to a new home. Dimensions to wall in pictures. Collection only near Peckham Rye station.
  6. Tommy is brilliant and has been servicing our boiler for several years now. He’s really good at explaining the issues and when we should bother or not bother with work. He’s honest, reliable and a throughly nice bloke. Can’t recommend enough.
  7. Another one to add to the pile of recommendations for Paul. He did a marvelous job doing the backsplash in our kitchen. The tiles we had were not all the same size, shape and colour. He did a great job in making them look slightly 'undone' and rustic - the look we were going for. He was also great at giving us advice on how far up we went or not with the tiling which was useful as we couldn't decide.
