Measuring 90cm in height, 55cm in width and 61cm in depth, this kitchen unit is made of high-quality oak and has a beautiful oak finish. It comes with wire baskets for added storage and convenience. This item has been previously used but is still in good condition and ready to be used again.

This unit is in good condition, there is a small split on top but has been well-maintained.

  2. I've just had my third Covid dose at Queens Pharmacy on Rosendale Road. I had a letter from Kings stating I was eligible as part of my primary course due to being immuno-compromised. This is in addition to a Booster.

119 and the NHS vaccination website do not cater for bookings of the 3rd Covid dose and my GP surgery were not helpful.

Was a bit of a pain as I had to ring the various vaccination centres to see who had the AZ vaccine as I am unable to the Pfizer vaccine.

I found this site quite helpful to locate vaccination centres (Southwark & Lambeth)and also call them ahead of a visit to gain clarity. They will advise if you need to make an appointment or not.

  3. I have found avoiding food from the nightshade family very effective, although I still eat potatoes as they don?t seem to impact my joints. I cut down a significant amount of dairy and saw an improvement too.

I swear by a bath in Epsom salts and also herbal oils such as arnica when I have a flare up. Try to get lots of rest and whilst you are in a flare up, it is nectar for you!

Good luck and I hope your flare up calms down very soon.

  4. I have Autoimmune conditions including Rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus. I am also taking immunosuppressant medication.

I was turned away for the Pfizer vaccine due to some drug allergies. I then arranged to have the AZ vaccine.

It has been 2.5 weeks since I had my first vaccine.

Initially I suffered with fatigue, fever, headaches and dizziness - this went on for 3-4 days. Kind of felt like an arthritic flare up.

Last week I came down with a bad cold with fatigue, this surprised me as I am shielding and rarely go outside.

I have discussed all these symptoms with my medical team and they have concluded that these symptoms are most likely as a result of the vaccine.

I have no regrets with having the vaccine and I will be more prepared in case I have a reaction when I have my second vaccine in April.

I also know of people with no underlying health conditions that have had some side effects to the vaccine.

  5. I had to call Aria today as my new washing machine installed by JL in December was not installed correctly and has been leaking. Extensive damage to the ground floor of my house...

This is the third or fourth time that I have used Aria and Daniel. As always they were quick to come round and rectify the issue. They are so easy to work with.

I have received a receipt as I need to make a claim on my home insurance and/or JL.

I would highly recommend them - Thanks Aria and Dan!

  6. I am new to the area and had recently moved house. I did my back in through lugging boxes and Ally was excellent with her approach and treatment. I have seen her a few times and would highly recommend her, she is not pushy about additional sessions when not necessary and checked in on my progress regularly.

She was a miracle worker for me and I would definitely use her again in the future!
