  1. I am not even sure that data collected by Council is trustworthy. From my personal most resent experience, walking down Croxted Road in the mornings of December 2023 and January 2024 (my exercise routine) , noticed that ATC appeared about a week leading to Christmas and was taken away second week of January, i.e it was in place during traffic quieter times due to the holiday season.
  2. Ah, I though introduction of CPZ and previously ULEZ and LTN are all in the name of saving our environment. My mistake.
  3. I wonder if steam train at Victoria station today (engine running full-bore while train was stationery) is considered sustainable transport by London mayor. Does the train company have to pay ULEZ charge?
  4. I don't think this is 'yet another thread'. It's not about LTNs, it's about bringing attention to the fact that Southwark council is trying to misrepresent the outcome of the consultation (which anyway was very biased in a way question were asked) and manipulate us.
  5. to know the answer I think you need to measure the "opening" of your paper sack, if I remember correctly litres = volume, i.e. converts into cubic meters/centimeters. ianr Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Are the paper sacks still the same size as the old > stock I have, about 78 x 58 cm flat? 6. Since last year's lockdown I have been using The Tea Makers of London (www.theteamakers.co.uk) and Whittard of Chelsea (www.whittard.co.uk) for my supply, both deliver. Also agree with Foxy - F&M is a good choice.
  7. same here, paid ?40 on 5th March and still no sticker more than a month later. quick to take the money, not quick on providing the service, as usual.
  8. I fully agree, Georgian food is lovely. But unfortunately I can not find Kartuli's menu.
  9. once stayed in a hotel in Essex (old Victorian building) which had secondary glazing windows done by selectaglaze (name was on the frames, hence I know the manufacturer). secondary glazing made quite a difference, as we had it in our room, but not in the hall, so was able to compare.

  11. +1 to Silvano Bozza, thanks to him I passed (1st attempt) earlier this year.
  12. I think we have this one: http://www.laddersandscaffoldtowers.co.uk/acatalog/Grand-Wooden-Loft-Ladders.html And we are happy with it.
  13. We used Thackray Williams in Bromley for lease related however not the same problem, they were efficient and helpful. Hope this helps.
