Hi I am looking at the possibilities to work with a personnal trainer. If you have any recommendations with the price roughly that would be great. I have checked some on the forum but there's no price most of the time.... Also I was thinking that I could train skills. I am a social media expert and I know some trainers could use the skills so why not do an exchange as long as it's fair I've done it in the past and didn't really get the return but financially it's worth it. I am free day time in the week aswell so maybe it's a low business time for personal trainers as people tend to usually be at work... I don't know but worth trying! Let me know!

I would love to have such a shop never came across one around here but that's certainly needed. I am all for zero wasters either ;) -
Hello I talked with the guys of HatchEnterprise a charity based in Loughborough. They got funding for young entrepreneurs to get into a 12 weeks programme with workshop and classes every Friday around every aspect of business. The programme is free if you are from lambeth or southwark (maybe 150 pounds for registration fees). You have to be under 30 to qualify. For people not from lambeth or southwark the programme is also available but not free I am afraid. I thought some budding entrepreneurs would like to know about this opportunity!

Hey guys I am sorry but can you bring your discussion in private please? The subject wasn't to debate about organic food but to help find places where to buy them.... Would be very nice of you to respect the topic please. -

Hi all! I was shopping between SMBS and the Organic Village when i discovered yesterday that most of their products aren't organic. I asked them and SMBS told me only the green labelled food are organic so all the beautiful veg outside are not. Same for Organic Village, half of the veg and fruits aren't organic... Anyway i was started to be a bit annoyed by Organic village they are super nice but a shop that doesn't put price on their veg it's annoying. I like to know the price of things. I was mislead by the name and what is claimed on their shop, in France for example you can't call yourself organic or have it written ...if you are not. So I have been paying a lot of money for same toxicity as everywhere else... return to square one. I have check out the delivery option but i don't by that much of food and I would end up wasting food and money. Where do you shop organic fruits and veg? local (UK)? for a correct price ? For meat I go to William Rose, some aren't organic but they are all free range and certified without antibiotics and stuff in them. What do you think? thanks

Hello I was wondering if anyone on here knew about permaculture or is doing it in his/her garden/home. I have a garden and a little pond in it I think that would be a great place to start but I would like to get in touch with people here to see what they've been doing how they do it and maybe practice a bit of th e learnings :) Make yourself know permaculturers!

Hello I am looking for advice I would like to organise 2 or 3 days out of London for my birthday which is in less than a month. We would be two girls and we want to see nature and the sea and beautiful landscape! If you have any recommendations I'll be happy to read them. I don't have a car so we would be using trains/coach whatever... We could take our bikes aswell wherever we go. Thank you

Hello nop no au pair placement because the focus is her learning English not working she is 15. (sorry I put 16 I thought she was when I first posted) She did babysitting so she can be trusted around kids but it's very much a request to find a good family willing to live the experience of having a foreigner at home and include her in the familyrfor a. Month.

Hello my friend wants her daughter to learn english and was seeking for an organisation that could provide her a good family to host her daughter for July. The girl has done babysitting before but she doesn't want her to be stuck in a nanny position for a month. Although being around kids or old people seem to be a nice way to learn english and have a nice experience. Do you know any places I can refer her to ? Also it shouldn't be a school or an exchange program just a place where they refer family willing to do that for a month. Thanks a lot
