  1. Hi!

I am an architecture student and part time professional hula hooper. I would really like to set up some local beginner hula fitness classes while I am at university reading my masters. I was wondering if anyone knows any venues that I may contact about holding this class, or maybe gyms or halls who may be interested in helping me out.

Also if any of you have any interest in these classes, that would be great to know too 😊

    Kind regards

    Clare

  2. I would really like to recommend John the plasterer (tel: 07905044912)

I asked if he would be able to come and repair a dodgy plaster job done by another 2 workers in my kitchen and he did a great job of fixing it. Not only was he fast (doing it in a morning, but he was also very tidy throughout the process and brought his own cleaning stuff to clean up after him. Really polite and efficient.

I found his number through this forum, and just thought I would reiterate what a good job he does!

    Thanks John!

  3. Hi!

I am currently studying a Masters in Architecture at Kingston University, but live in Dulwich.

I have a project in which we are meant to design and create a fragment of our building design, both for understanding and as an encouragement to familiarise with building techniques and materials. I am looking to explore metal works in an interesting way, and was wondering if anyone knew of any, more or less, local blacksmiths/metal workers, who could potentially lend me a hand with some stuff.

Ideally it would involve me getting hands on with metal work, while being guided by someone who had a good understanding of the skill and the material.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
