My name is Yusuff Sitta and I'm a personal trainer based in the Surrey Quays and Deptford area. I specialise in weight loss, strength and conditioning, building muscle, muscular fitness toning, general fitness and fun. I also offer training programmes and diet plans. I'm based in a private gym space close to Deptford train station with good travel links to Greenwich, Lewisham, Canada Water, Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe. it?s fully equipped with free weights, cardiovascular machines, functional & boxing equipment, changing room facilities and much more. I also do outdoor sessions at Southwark and Deptford parks, I can also travel to clients for outdoor sessions, but dependant on the distance. I am offering 1 FREE additional session with every 4, 6, 8 and 10 pack of sessions purchased in November and December.
