Contact the seller to resend, that’s what I did and I got it delivered to my home instead. Never did find out what happened to the other parcel they refused.

I would not recommend Polished to anybody. They sent my daughter away without any aftercare instructions or solution, when i popped in to enquire they couldn’t say anything except that we could purchase an inferior cleaning product from them at double the price. My daughter went back again some time afterwards to get a row of piercings done on her ear, this time they not only did a bad job on the spacing but put in a stud that was the wrong size, the head of the stud was so tiny it got swallowed up inside her ear and she had to go to A &E to get it removed 🙁

We thought the indoor market on Zenoria was fab, we have a large decorative mirror from there, it always seemed a busy happy place, we were sad to see it go, also the little quirky second hand shop off North Cross was lovely, full of interesting antiques and things. I would love to see another indoor market🙂

There was an internet cafe? inside the Blockbusters later on which was very handy if your internet went down at home 🙄

Only trouble with Southwark council collection is that they won’t collect from inside your property, you need to leave it outside for them to collect. All good if you’ve got someone to help you carry the sofa outside but if not you’ll need to pay a bit more for removal people.
