Have tried that twice and not had a response! Thank you

Has anyone else had problems getting through to the new Tessa Jowell GP Surgery? I have called endlessly for days now to make an appointment. You are greeted by an answer machine that implies you are in a queue and then after a while it just disconnects.
Has anyone else got a number or is anyone from the Surgery on here that can advise? I would rather not go to the surgery due to current risks unless I absolutely have to and frankly a working telephone system is not much to ask for from a surgery!

Hello,
Has anyone got any recommendations for a deep cleaning company that will come and do sofas, rugs and stairs etc, using the powerful suction machines?
Thanks

Thank you all, I am going to look into these options and work out what is best to do. We have a small house and the constant washing and hanging of nappies along with clothes does worry me. Also I read that you have to wash the nappies at 90 which also impacts on our green footprint.
beaming baby nappies look good and maybe the best way is a combination of the two!
Shame that the biodegradable ones are so much more expensive, for a lower income household the choice is between spending more but reducing our waste or saving money but ruining the planet for generations to come! Humph!
Thanks all x

Hello All,
I have just found out that nappies take 200-300 years to breakdown and decompose and they give off methane gas in that period, I am so upset by this!
Does anyone know a biodegradable nappy brand that decomposes much quicker/better for the enviroment or do people use reusable nappies?
I really hate the idea of contributing to such landfill waste and would like to know how I can avoid doing so as I am about to have my first born baby.
Thanks

This afternoon I went for a walk and found a grey small young cat by the curb on Underhill Road, the cat had been hit by a car and just left! I called the RSPCA and went into The Great Exhibition to get help. The cat did not have a collar and the RSPCA ladies chip detective was not working. I am the contact for the incident and they said they would call me with an update but if this beautiful cat is yours please let me know so I can help put you in touch with the RSPCA.
I am sorry the photo is not great, it was hard to get a decent picture without moving him/her which we could not do in case she got worse.

Hello,
We have just moved to Goodrich Road, not far from this planning application, this is the first I have heard of it. Can anyone bring me up to speed and tell me what the latest is with whether this is going ahead please?
Thank you
