  1. Hi, Just moved into Pellatt Road. Currently we don't have water supplied to upstairs of our house or an outside tap (due to works) so can't test the water pressure. We've just bought a new shower which requires 2 bar pressure. Does anyone on the street know what their water bar pressure is? Worried that we won't have enough pressure for this type of shower in which case i need to return it and get a different one asap. Many thanks Nattalie
  2. Does anyone know anything about the sewer that runs beneath Pellatt road? Any residents know if this could cause problems with subsidence or affect our chances of getting planning permission for a kitchen extension? We are close to completing on a property on this road but just found out about the sewer and are worried it could prevent us from doing a side return. Does anyone know of any issues with surface water or sewage leaking too? Many thanks.
  3. Many thanks everyone. We'll be taking an early morning trip to see what it's like. I can definitely cope better with morning noise than i can with it in the evening so hopefully all will be ok. Will be doing some knocking on doors too to see how the neighbours get on with it. Looking forward to hopefully moving to the area soon!
  4. Hi. I'm considering buying a house on Pellatt road and wondered if there's any noise issues from the Royal Mail depot on the end of the street? We would be about 5 doors down on the opposite side of the street to it and would have double glazing. If anyone could help advise on any noise issues it would be much appreciated. Many thanks
